Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.

• Process transactions efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system, ensuring accurate cash handling.

• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product features to effectively sell merchandise.

• Assist in inventory management by restocking pastries and organizing displays as needed.

• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Uphold store cleanliness and organization standards throughout the sales floor.

Experience

• Previous experience in retail sales or a bakery environment is preferred but not required.

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn about products and services offered in the store are essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 32 per week
